Winter Baseball is played from April to September 12pm - 5pm. We have 5 local clubs, 4 based in Tamworth and 1 in Armidale.

Since 1984, Cougars Baseball Club has been built on history, family values, and a shared love of the game. While our current committee wasn’t there at the beginning, our life members remain a vital part of everything we do, helping guide and preserve the proud tradition we continue today.
We are a welcoming club where players are encouraged to grow, learn, and build confidence. With talented and experienced coaches, and teammates who support each other on and off the field, we take pride in creating a friendly, inclusive environment where lifelong friendships are made.
Thanks to our generous sponsors, we’re able to keep fees low, include uniforms in registration, and provide BBQs and drinks during and after weekend games. We also proudly support our sponsors through events such as meat raffles, giving our community the chance to win vouchers, meat trays, and more.

Since its establishment in 2019 as an all-women’s team in Tamworth, Pandas Baseball Club has evolved into one of the region’s most exciting and fast-growing clubs. From humble beginnings, the club has expanded into a dynamic program now fielding two competitive teams in Tamworth’s B-Grade competition, with strong plans to introduce a C-Grade/development side in the 2026 season. This growth is a testament to the club’s vision, leadership, and the passionate community behind it.
Pandas Baseball Club has become known for its inclusive approach, welcoming players of all backgrounds, ages, and experience levels. What started as a women’s team has grown into a club that proudly fields both men’s and women’s players, while also embracing the next generation through its involvement in the junior competition. Whether someone is picking up a glove for the first time or returning to the game, Pandas provides a supportive pathway to learn, develop, and compete.
More than just a baseball club, Pandas is built on a strong family-oriented culture. The club prides itself on creating an environment where players, families, and supporters feel connected and valued.
