NSWBUA Inc. Umpires Training Seminar 2020 (Tamworth) Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th August

This course is aimed at anyone interested in Umpiring or obtaining / retaining your Baseball Australia Umpire Accreditation.

It's Baseball Australia's requirement that all accredited umpires must complete a re-accreditation course at minimum every 3 years.

VENUE:   Field #1, Carter Street Tamworth.Baseball Complex

ALL SESSIONS COMPULSORY

The topics covered are set down in the BA Framework for Umpire Development Course delivered by BA Accredited Umpire Instructors under the direction of the State Director of Umpiring - Matt Carter While the two umpire system mechanics are the basis of the course, we will spend a short time on single umpire system.

What you need to bring

  • Rule book
  • Pen and note book
  • Water bottle
  • Sun cream
  • Baseball glove & Plate Gear (if available)

Attire: Dressed in umpire uniform (or similar) and prepared to work in the field.

Pre - Seminar Requirements

Please complete the online Australian Sports Commission Officiating General Principles course. This is a mandatory component of the training.
