PANDA'S BASEBALL CLUB

Panda's Baseball Club is Tamworth's first and only women's team formed in 2019. In 2022 we fielded a all women team as well as a mixed team both in out B grade competition.

Most of the current players have been representing Tamworth at the Country Championships (CC’s) for a number of years but playing in separate clubs locally. Out of a simple conversation on how it would be great to play together throughout the season to build team skills for CC’s and bring in more women to the sport.

As women do we banded together and ran with the idea and formed Panda’s Baseball Club, recruited players from softball, cricket, mothers of players and well anyone we could find.

We welcome all ages (14+ for seniors) and skill levels and our experienced players are willing to assist those who would like to learn the sport.
